This includes but is not limited to:

- Snail and creature-themed illustrations and character art
- Hand-lettered text, typography, and artistic layouts
- Digital illustrations, prints, and pattern designs
- Sticker designs, surface patterns, and decorative art
- The NeuroNomadStudios brand name, logo, and visual identity
3.2 No Reproduction Without Express Written Consent
NO portion of any artwork, photograph, illustration, or design found on this website — or in any associated social media, print catalog, or digital publication — may be:
- Reproduced, copied, printed, or duplicated in any format
- Downloaded (except for personal, single-device viewing cache)
- Distributed, published, or shared commercially or publicly
- Modified, altered, cropped, edited, or used as a derivative work
- Used to train artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models
- Used in any commercial product, merchandise, or for-profit purpose
- Claimed as your own work or submitted to any contest, publication, or platform as original

3.3 Personal Use of Purchased Products
Purchase of a physical or digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. This means:
- You may display a purchased print in your home, office, or personal space
- You may use a purchased digital file for personal printing (once, for personal display)
- You may NOT resell, sublicense, reproduce, or otherwise exploit purchased works commercially
Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights to the buyer.
3.4 AI & Machine Learning Prohibition
Scraping, training, fine-tuning, or otherwise using any content from neuronomadstudios.com — including images, artwork, text, or metadata — for use in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural network systems is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from NeuroNomad Studios. This prohibition applies to all AI/ML purposes including but not limited to generative art models, image classification, and dataset compilation.
3.5 Social Media & Personal Sharing
You may share a link to this website or to a specific product listing on social media for non-commercial, personal recommendation purposes, provided you clearly credit NeuroNomadStudios as the creator. Screen captures or reposts of artwork for personal sharing must include visible credit to @NeuroNomadStudios and a link back to neuronomadstudios.com.
Personal sharing does NOT grant any right to commercial use, reproduction, or derivative works.
3.6 Licensing & Collaboration
We welcome licensing inquiries for editorial, commercial, and collaborative use. If you are interested in licensing artwork for products, publications, events, or other commercial purposes, please reach out at legal@neuronomadstudios.com with details about your intended use. All licensing is subject to a separate written agreement.
3.7 Trademark
The name “NeuroNomadStudios,” the associated logo, and any stylized marks are common law trademarks of NeuroNomad Studios. Unauthorized use of these marks in commerce — including on goods, services, social media handles, domain names, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
3.8 DMCA Notice & Takedown
If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@neuronomadstudios.com that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Likewise, if your content has been used without permission anywhere on the internet, please contact us at legal@neuronomadstudios.com and we will take all appropriate action to defend our creative work.
3.9 Enforcement
NeuroNomad Studios actively monitors for unauthorized use of our creative work and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and statutory damages, against any party who infringes our intellectual property rights. Violation of these terms may result in a DMCA takedown notice, a cease-and-desist letter, and/or civil litigation.
