These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from NeuroNomadStudios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through neuronomadstudios.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and are authorized to use the payment method provided.
1.2 Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately represent all products including photographs, dimensions, and descriptions. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. All prints and physical goods are made-to-order unless otherwise noted.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and any additional payment methods listed at checkout.
1.4 Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability — and will provide a full refund in such cases.
Because most products are made-to-order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
1.5 Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
1.6 Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our print products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.
To request a return or exchange for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at orders@neuronomadstudios.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage or defect
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or minor color variations attributable to screen calibration differences.
1.7 Digital Downloads
All digital products (including downloadable art files, wallpapers, and printable files) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
1.8 Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected where required by applicable law. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroNomad Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
1.10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
1.11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our Site. Continued use of the Site or purchases after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
